Froggy Support

Froggy ("App Blocker: Froggy Mobility") locks your distracting apps every day until you've held your deep squat. Questions, bugs, or a frog that misbehaves — we want to hear about it.

Common questions

• The camera won't verify my squat. Prop your phone upright a few feet away so it can see your hips and knees, and make sure the room is reasonably lit. The clock runs only while your hips are at or below knee level.
• My apps didn't lock at my chosen time. Check that Screen Time access is still granted (Froggy → Settings) — iOS occasionally revokes it after system updates.
• I can't squat today. Use "Can't squat today?" under the squat button. Your apps unlock; your streak pays the price. The frog understands.
• How do I cancel my subscription? iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Froggy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Restore a purchase: tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
